Wonderful trip with incredible scenery

Fantastic day with our guide, Samir. The whole day was tailored to what we wanted to do. We were able to choose which places to visit and how long we wanted at each stop. We were able to cram in a visit to Lake Bled (castle, pletna boat ride and walk), swimming at Lake Bohinj and a walk through Vintgar Gorge. All stunning! Pick up was easy and very close to our accommodation. Samir gave loads of insights into the history and landmarks of Slovenia and many excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

We just got back from a 12 day Croatia & Slovenia tour designed and coordinated by Aleksandar at BLKN Escapes. I can’t say enough good things about him and the trip. It is always a leap of faith to pick a company online, but now that we’ve returned I am thrilled we found Aleksandar. He is meticulous with his attention to detail and goes out of his way to ensure every aspect of the trip is smooth and perfect. Aleksandar took care of everything, from itinerary planning, hotel selection and booking, driving, ticket coordination and even made dinner reservations and recommendations. I was blown away by how seamless the entire trip was. More than anything, it’s obvious Aleksandar really cares about his clients having a great trip. He takes pride in his country and his ability to show it in the best way possible. Our trip was so much better with Aleksandar’s help that it would have been otherwise. He made sure we had the best rooms in the hotels - with amazing views - and he made a widely varied itinerary that allowed us to experience things we would have never thought to do. Everything on the trip had a special feel and uniqueness to it. Not only did he coordinate everything, but Aleksandar also did all the driving which was awesome. He navigated the narrow twisty roads with ease and dealt with all the parking and drop off so we could simply sit back and relax. It was a pleasure having him along the way, as he is very personable and his knowledge of the countries and its people added another layer of depth to the trip. I can honestly say this is one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. I could go on and on, but without hesitation I recommend Aleksandar and his company! We are hoping he expands into other markets because we would love to travel with him again. Thank you Aleksandar for giving us a trip of a lifetime - you are the best!

Absolutely stunning with so much to do

I highly recommend this tour. The weather was unfavorable and I was afraid my booking would be canceled as it was my only full day in Bled. I had been here before and was looking for something different and was not disappointed. The tour was reorganized to accommodate the impending rain and off we went. It is such a beautiful part of the world and my pictures don’t do it justice. We packed in so much to do and even were provided candidate pictures. Please give this tour a go, you will have a great time.
