From Bohinj, head to the nearest bus station in the village of Bohinjska Bistrica. Take the bus heading towards Cerkno. Ensure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cerkno, disembark at the main bus station. From there, it is a short 15-minute walk to the Franja Partisan Hospital. Head southeast on Cesta 1. Maja, then turn left onto Cesta Franje Partizanske. Follow the signs towards the hospital, which will be on your right.

If you prefer to walk from Bohinj, start at the Bohinj Lake area and head towards the main road (H4). Follow the road in the direction of the village of Stara Fužina. After approximately 2 km, you will reach Stara Fužina. Continue onto the H4 road heading towards Cerkno. This route is about 12 km and should take roughly 2.5 to 3 hours of walking. Make sure to take breaks as needed and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
