    Getting There

    Bus

    From any location in Bohinj, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the bus towards Bled or Zgornje Gorje. Make sure to check the schedule for departure times. You want to get off at the stop 'Podhom.' This ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Podhom, exit the bus and follow the signs towards Soteska Vintgar, which is about a 15-minute walk. The path will lead you through beautiful natural scenery.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk from central Bohinj, start at the Bohinj Lake area, and head east towards the village of Stara Fužina. Continue following the trail that leads to Zgornje Gorje. The walk will take you about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Zgornje Gorje, look for signs indicating Soteska Vintgar, which is about a 20-minute walk from the village. The trails are well-marked and lead you through the stunning landscape of the national park.
