From the center of Celje, head northeast on Glavni trg towards Krekov trg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mariborska cesta. Turn left onto Mariborska cesta and walk for about 500 meters. You will pass the Celje City Museum on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Zagrad. Follow Zagrad for about 1 km. The climbing area at Celje Castle will be on your right at Zagrad 142.

From the main bus station in Celje, take bus number 8 towards Zagrad. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Zagrad stop, which is the last stop.
