Follow the signs for the H4 highway or the E61 motorway (which is part of the European route network) towards Postojna. After approximately 20 minutes of driving, take the exit toward Postojna. Continue straight on Jamska cesta until you reach the Postojna Cave entrance at Jamska cesta 30, 6230 Postojna. Keep in mind that parking is available near the cave entrance, but may incur a fee of around €5 for the day.
