Getting There

Walking

Start from the center of Izola, near the main square. Head southwest on Ulica 1. Maja towards the seaside. Continue walking until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade southeast along the coast for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by beautiful views of the sea and can stop at various cafes along the way. Keep walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will see signs for Strunjan. From here, turn left onto Strunjan 117. Mesečev Zaliv will be on your right after a short walk.
Public Transport

From Izola, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Ulica 1. Maja. Take the bus heading towards Portorož. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portorož bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the coast. Follow the signs to Strunjan, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Head east along the road, and you will find Mesečev Zaliv at Strunjan 117.
