From the center of Izola, head towards the main street, Ulica 1. Maja. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ulica Osvobodilne fronte, following the signs for Koper. Continue walking on this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area, and the road will eventually lead you to the outskirts of Izola. Keep an eye out for pedestrian signs pointing towards Koper. Once you reach the border of Izola, you will see a pedestrian path that leads directly into Koper.

Upon entering Koper, continue on the same path until you reach the waterfront promenade. Make a right turn at the promenade, following the signs for Predor Markovec. The promenade will lead you through a scenic area with views of the sea. After about 500 meters, you will need to take a left onto the road named Ulica Vojvode Radolna. Continue along this road as it curves slightly, and keep left to stay on the main road.
