If you are in the center of Kamnik, start at the main square (Glavni trg). From there, head south towards the bus station, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the bus station, take the bus number 6 towards Ljubljana. The bus ride will take roughly 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Prešernova cesta' in Ljubljana. From the bus stop, walk west along Prešernova cesta for about 5 minutes, and you will see Cankarjev dom on your right.

Once you arrive at the main bus station in Ljubljana, exit and locate the nearest tram stop. Take tram number 3 towards 'Koseze' and get off at the 'Prešernova cesta' stop. Cankarjev dom is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop, heading west along Prešernova cesta.
