Walking
If you are in the center of Kamnik, start at the main square (Glavni trg). From there, head south towards the bus station, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the bus station, take the bus number 6 towards Ljubljana. The bus ride will take roughly 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Prešernova cesta' in Ljubljana. From the bus stop, walk west along Prešernova cesta for about 5 minutes, and you will see Cankarjev dom on your right.

From Kamnik, make your way to the Kamnik bus station. There are several buses that run from Kamnik to Ljubljana. Look for a bus going to Ljubljana and board it. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Ljubljana, exit and locate the nearest tram stop. Take tram number 3 towards 'Koseze' and get off at the 'Prešernova cesta' stop. Cankarjev dom is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop, heading west along Prešernova cesta.
