Bus
If you are starting from the center of Kamnik, head to the main bus station located on Ljubljanska cesta. You can catch a bus towards Begunje na Gorenjskem. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Begunje na Gorenjskem bus stop, exit the bus and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see signs directing you to Grad Kamen, which is located on a hill. Follow the path uphill until you reach the castle.

Walking
From the center of Kamnik, you can also choose to walk to Grad Kamen. Start at the main square (Glavni trg) and head towards the Ljubljanska cesta road. Follow the road towards the north until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Begunje na Gorenjskem. Take the left turn onto this road and continue walking for approximately 4 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful countryside, and once you reach Begunje, follow the signs to Grad Kamen, which is situated on a hill overlooking the village.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Kamnik. Start from the center of Kamnik and follow the same route as if you were walking to Begunje na Gorenjskem. The cycling distance is around 4 kilometers, and the terrain is mostly flat. Once you arrive in Begunje, look for the signs leading to Grad Kamen, where you will need to cycle uphill for about 1 kilometer to reach the castle.
