From Koper city center, head to the Koper bus station (Avtobusna postaja Koper), which is located near the main square. Take the bus heading to Nova Gorica or Poreč. Get off at the Vižinada stop, which is the nearest stop to the winery. From the bus stop, walk towards Bajkini 16, which will take about 15 minutes.
