Walking
From the center of Kranjska Gora, head south on the main street, which is called Borovška Cesta. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the road leading to the ski areas. At this junction, continue straight on the same road, which turns into a pleasant path lined with trees. After approximately 500 meters, you will see signs directing you to Lake Jasna. Follow the signs, and keep walking until you reach the lake, which will be on your right. The walk should take around 20-30 minutes.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Kranjska Gora and cycle south on Borovška Cesta. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the road to the ski areas. Stay on the path that leads you straight, which will soon become a dedicated bike lane. After about 500 meters, you’ll see signs for Lake Jasna. The bike ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way.
Public Transport
While there is no direct public transport to Lake Jasna, you can take a local bus from the main bus station in Kranjska Gora to the nearest stop at the edge of the lake area. After arriving, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes down a well-marked path towards the lake. Check the local bus schedule for specific departure times.
