Getting There

Walking
From the center of Kranjska Gora, start at the main square (Trg sv. Lenarta). Head south on the main road (Zgornjesavska cesta) towards the direction of the ski resort. After approximately 500 meters, you will see a path leading up to the mountains on your left. Take this path and follow the signs for Špik. The trail is well-marked and will take you through beautiful alpine scenery. Continue walking for about 2.5 kilometers, and you will reach the base of Špik, where you can enjoy the stunning views.

If you're looking for a more adventurous route, from Kranjska Gora, take the trail that starts near the Hotel Lek. Follow the path that leads to the Vršič Pass. Take the left path that leads directly towards Špik. This segment is about 3 kilometers long and will lead you through rocky terrain before arriving at the foot of the mountain.
