From Lake Bled, take the road towards Radovljica (Route 209). After about 10 km, merge onto Route 104 towards Cerklje na Gorenjskem. Continue for 12 km until you reach the town. Follow the signs for Krvavec ski resort and you'll find Spodnja postaja kabinske žičnice Krvavec at Grad 76, 4207 Cerklje na Gorenjskem. Parking is available at the cable car station, and expect to pay for parking if not included in any ski or lift ticket.
