Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Littoral and head towards the A1 motorway. Follow signs for Trieste. Once on the A1, continue until you reach the exit for Duino-Aurisina (Exit 40). After exiting, follow the signs towards Duino. Continue on the main road until you reach Str. di Portopiccolo. The journey takes about 30 minutes from central Littoral. Parking is available near Portopiccolo, but be aware that there may be a fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Portopiccolo via public transportation, take a regional train from Littoral to Trieste Central Station. Upon arrival at Trieste, transfer to bus line 51 towards Sistiana. Get off at the 'Portopiccolo' stop, which is a short walk from the main entrance of the attraction. The total travel time can range from 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on train and bus schedules. Ensure you check the latest timetables for both trains and buses to plan your trip effectively.
Taxi or Rideshare
