If you are starting from Ljubljana's main train station (Železniška postaja), exit the station and head towards the main street, Trg Osvobodilne Fronte. Turn left onto this street and walk until you reach the intersection with Slovenska cesta. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian zone. Turn right onto Miklošičeva cesta, which will lead you directly to the city center. You will see signs directing you to 'Central Market'. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Adamič-Lundrovo nabrežje. Turn left and you will find Central Market at Adamič-Lundrovo nabrežje 6.

Public Transport (Bus)
From any location in Ljubljana, find the nearest bus stop. Take any bus that heads towards the city center (look for routes that indicate 'Center' or 'Stari trg'). The closest stop to Central Market is 'Kongresni trg'. Once you disembark, walk towards the direction of the Ljubljana Castle. Continue straight until you reach the end of the park, then turn left onto Adamič-Lundrovo nabrežje. Central Market will be on your right at number 6.
