Getting There

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Kongresni trg.' Look for bus line number 18 that heads towards 'Brezovica.' Board the bus and enjoy the ride for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'ZOO' bus stop, which is directly in front of the zoo entrance. The zoo will be on your left as you exit the bus.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start from the city center at Prešeren Square. Head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Cross the Triple Bridge and continue straight onto Wolfova Street. Follow the signs towards Tivoli Park and enter the park. Walk through the park for about 30 minutes, enjoying the scenery along the way. Exit the park at the north side and follow the signs towards Večna pot. The zoo entrance will be visible as you approach.
