Walking
If you're starting from the Ljubljana Central Market (Tržnica), head east towards the Ljubljanica River. Cross the river using the Butcher's Bridge (Mesarski Most) or any nearby bridge. Once on the other side, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with Krekov trg. Turn right onto Krekov trg, and you will see Lutkovno gledališče (Ljubljana Puppet Theatre) at number 2 on your left.

You can take Bus Line 6 or 8 from the Ljubljana main bus station (Avtobusna postaja Ljubljana). Board the bus and get off at the 'Krekov trg' stop. From there, walk a short distance towards Krekov trg 2, and you will find the theatre right in front of you.

Walking from Prešeren Square
From Prešeren Square, head southeast towards the Ljubljanica River. Cross the bridge (Triple Bridge) and continue straight onto Stritarjeva Street. Follow this street until you reach the end, where it meets Krekov trg. Turn left, and Lutkovno gledališče will be just ahead at Krekov trg 2.
