Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Prešeren Square, head southeast towards the Triple Bridge (Tromostovje). Cross the Triple Bridge and continue straight along the riverbank. You will see the Ljubljanica River on your left. Walk along the river for about 10 minutes, enjoying the views of the architecture and local shops. As you approach the end of the river promenade, you will see Mesarski most (Butcher's Bridge) directly ahead. The bridge is easily recognizable by its unique design and the many padlocks attached to the railings.
