If you're starting from the city center, head towards Prešeren Square (Prešernov trg). From there, locate the famous Triple Bridge (Tromostovje) and cross it. Once across, turn left and walk along the Ljubljanica River for about 5 minutes. You will pass by the Central Market (Osrednja tržnica) on your right. Continue walking along the river until you reach the embankment where you will see the Statue en Bronze du Génie des Eaux, which is located near the water's edge, easily identifiable by its distinct bronze figure.
