If you are at the Ljubljana Castle, head down the hill towards the city center. Once you reach the bottom, walk along the main street (Krekova ulica) towards the direction of the river. Continue walking straight until you reach Krekov trg. Ljubljana Tourism is located at Krekov trg 10, right at the square.
