  If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Lower Carniola. Use the main road network, and head towards the A1 motorway, which connects Lower Carniola to Ljubljana. For example, if you are in the town of Trebnje, head north on the local road until you reach the A1 entrance, then merge onto the A1. Continue on the A1 for approximately 40 kilometers until you see signs for Ljubljana. Take exit 18 toward Ljubljana-Center, and follow the signs to the city center. Upon arrival at Ljubljana train station, you can easily walk or take a local bus or tram to reach the city center.
