Car
From Mura, head southwest on local roads towards Tolmin. Follow signs for Tolmin and continue on the main road (H4) for about 20 km. Once you reach Tolmin, look for signs directing you to Kozaršče. Turn onto Kozaršče 1 road, where you will find Muzej na prostem Mengore on your right. There is parking available near the museum.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Mura to Tolmin. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Tolmin, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Kozaršče 1. The museum is approximately 5 km from the bus station, so consider calling a taxi if you have luggage or prefer not to walk.

If you choose to walk from Tolmin, exit the bus station and head southeast on the main road. Continue straight for about 5 km, following local signs to Kozaršče. The path is relatively straightforward, but be cautious of traffic along the way. The museum will be on your right as you approach Kozaršče 1.
