Getting There
Bus
From the center of Nova Gorica, walk to the main bus station located on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Board a bus heading to Koper. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Koper bus station, exit the station and head southeast on Ulica Maršala Tita towards Semedelska cesta. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will reach City Beach on Semedelska cesta.
Train
From Nova Gorica train station, take a train to Koper. The train ride is around 30 minutes. After arriving at Koper train station, exit and walk south on Ulica Trg Brolo, then turn left onto Ulica Maršala Tita. Follow this road until you reach Semedelska cesta. Turn right and continue until you arrive at City Beach.
Walking
If you prefer walking, you can take a leisurely stroll from Nova Gorica to Koper (approximately 12 kilometers). Start from the center of Nova Gorica and head towards the main road leading south. Follow the signs to Koper, and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Upon reaching Koper, locate Semedelska cesta and walk towards the beach area.
Bicycle
For a more active option, you can rent a bicycle in Nova Gorica. Head south on the main road towards Koper, following the designated cycling paths. The ride will take about 40 minutes to an hour depending on your pace. Once in Koper, navigate towards Semedelska cesta and you will find City Beach.
