Getting There
Walking
From the center of Portorož, head towards the main road, which is Obala. Walk along the coast until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to Piran. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. You will pass by the Marina Portorož on your left. Once you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto the local road towards Koper. Follow this road for approximately 5 km. Look for signs directing you to Koper's City Beach. As you enter Koper, follow the signs for Semedelska cesta. The City Beach will be on your left.
Public Transport
Begin at the Portorož bus station located on the main road. Catch a bus heading to Koper. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Koper's bus station, exit the bus station and walk towards the main road. Turn left and head towards Semedelska cesta. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station to the City Beach Koper. You will see signs directing you to the beach.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Portorož. Start from the center of Portorož and follow the coastal bike path along Obala, heading towards Piran. Continue along the path until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Koper. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach Koper. Follow the signs for Semedelska cesta, and you will find City Beach on your left.
