From Nova Gorica, head to the main bus station located at Železniška 6. Look for the bus line that goes to Portorož or Strunjan. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule at the station or on the local bus service website. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride, which typically takes about 1.5 hours. Get off at the Strunjan stop, which is the closest stop to the Nature Reserve. After disembarking, walk towards Strunjan 99, following signs or asking locals for directions if needed.
