From the city center of Nova Gorica, head to the main bus station located at Kolodvorska ulica. Take a bus heading towards Trieste, which runs regularly throughout the day. When you arrive in Trieste, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Via S. Spiridione. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the Via S. Spiridione. The Serbian Orthodox Church of Saint Spyridon is located at Via S. Spiridione, 9, approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

From Nova Gorica, go to the Nova Gorica train station. Board a train to Trieste Central Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Trieste Central Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. Take a local bus that heads towards Via S. Spiridione.
