Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Piran, head west on Tartinijev trg (Tartini Square) towards Ulica 1. maja. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Ulica Obzid. Turn left onto Ulica Obzid and follow it until you reach the waterfront. At the waterfront, turn right and continue walking along the seaside promenade. When you reach the end of the promenade, turn left onto the main road, which is the H4 highway. Keep walking straight along the H4, passing through the lush countryside until you arrive at the town of Sežana. The Karst Living Museum will be on your left at Partizanska c. 4.

    From the center of Piran, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the end of Ulica 1. maja. Take the bus heading to Sežana. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sežana, get off at the main bus station. From the bus station, walk south on Partizanska cesta for about 10 minutes. You will find the Karst Living Museum at Partizanska c. 4 on your right.
