Getting There

  • Walk

    From the center of Piran, head towards the main promenade along the waterfront. Walk east towards the end of the promenade until you reach the main road (Obala). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Strunjan road. Turn left onto Strunjan road and follow it for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Nature Reserve Strunjan as you approach. The entrance is located at Strunjan 99, 6320 Portorož.

  • Bus

    From the main bus station in Piran, take the local bus towards Portorož. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Strunjan. Once you disembark, walk a short distance towards Strunjan road, then turn left and follow the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach Nature Reserve Strunjan at Strunjan 99, 6320 Portorož.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Piran. From the center, cycle along the waterfront promenade heading east, then take the main road (Obala) towards Portorož.
