From the center of Portorož, head east towards the coast. Walk along Obala, the main promenade by the sea, until you reach the end of the promenade. Continue straight on the coastal path, enjoying the views of the Adriatic Sea. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the town of Poreč. Once you arrive in Poreč, follow the signs to Plava Laguna, which is by the beach area.
