Start at the central area of Portorož, specifically near the Portorož Promenade. Head towards the beach and follow the promenade in the direction of Piran. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will reach the end of the promenade. Continue walking towards the main road (Šentjurska cesta).

From the central area of Portorož, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road (Šentjurska cesta). Take a bus towards Izola. The bus ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Izola stop.

Walking
Once you arrive at the Izola bus stop, exit the bus and head towards the town center. From there, follow the signs towards Tunnel Šalet. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south towards the coast, and then follow the coastal road until you see the entrance to Tunnel Šalet on your right.
