If you are driving from Postojna Cave, head south on the H4 highway towards Trieste. Continue on H4 for approximately 40 km until you reach the exit for Trieste. Follow the signs for Trieste and merge onto the E70 road. After 5 km, take the exit for Via dell'Aeroporto and follow the signs for the city center. As you enter Trieste, continue on Via Giulia and turn left onto Via Malcanton. Follow this road until you reach Parco della Rimembranza where the Trieste War Memorial is located.
