Walking
From the center of Postojna, head towards the Postojna Cave entrance. Once you arrive at the cave entrance, look for the bus station nearby. Take the bus towards Ljubljana, which departs regularly. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Ljubljana, disembark at the main bus station, which is centrally located.

After reaching the main bus station in Ljubljana, exit the station and walk towards the direction of the city center. You will see signs for Trg Osvobodilne Fronte and Cankarjeva Cesta. Follow Cankarjeva Cesta until you reach the Ljubljanica River. Then, head towards the riverbank, and follow the river upstream. You will soon see the Mesarski Most (Butcher's Bridge) crossing over the river. It's a short, pleasant walk of about 15-20 minutes from the bus station.
