Bus
From Postojna city center, walk to the Postojna bus station located near the main square. Look for the bus routes heading towards Medvode. The buses to Medvode are generally numbered 201 or 202. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or the bus driver. The bus journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Medvode main bus station, exit the bus and head towards Ostrovrharjeva Ul. Follow the street signs directing you towards Ostrovrharjeva Ul. You will walk about 800 meters; the Public Institution Medvode Confluence will be on your left at Ostrovrharjeva Ul. 4.

Walking from Medvode Bus Station
After arriving at the Medvode bus station, exit and turn left onto the main road (Cesta 1. maja). Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto Ostrovrharjeva Ul. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters, and you will find the Public Institution Medvode Confluence on your left at number 4.
