Walking
From the center of Postojna, start at the Postojna Bus Station. Head east on Trg Osvobodilne Fronte towards the main road, H4. Turn left onto H4 and walk straight for approximately 600 meters until you reach the junction with the E61. Cross the road and continue walking straight. You will eventually enter Ljubljana, which is about 50 km away from Postojna. Keep walking until you reach the area of Trg republike, which is a prominent square in Ljubljana.

At the Postojna Bus Station, purchase a ticket to Ljubljana. The bus will take you directly to the Ljubljana Bus Station, which is about a 45-minute ride. Once you arrive in Ljubljana, exit the bus terminal and walk towards the main square, Trg republike, which is about a 15-minute walk straight down the main road from the bus station.

Walk from the center of Postojna to the Postojna Train Station, which is about a 15-minute walk south. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Ljubljana. Trains run frequently, and the journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Ljubljana Train Station, exit and head towards Trg republike, which will take about 20 minutes on foot.
