    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Postojna, head east on Tržaška Cesta towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hribovška Cesta. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station in Postojna. From the bus station, take the bus heading to Trieste. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Trieste, walk towards the city center, following signs for 'Centro'. Trieste city is located in the heart of the city, easily accessible by foot.

    Bus

    Start at the post office in Postojna located at Gregorčičeva Cesta. Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is just a few minutes away. Catch any bus that goes to the Postojna bus station and then transfer to a bus heading to Trieste. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Trieste, get off at the main bus terminal and walk towards the city center. Trieste city is a short 10-minute walk from there.

    Train

    Begin your journey at the Postojna train station located on the north side of the city center. Purchase a ticket to Trieste from the ticket office or machine. Trains run regularly, and the journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trieste train station, exit and walk towards the city center, following signs for 'Centro'. Trieste city is located in the center and is within a 15-minute walk from the train station.
