From the center of Ptuj, head east on Slovenski trg towards Trg svobode. Continue straight until you reach the bus station (Avtobusna postaja Ptuj). From there, take a bus heading towards 'Hum Košnički.' The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Dvor Veliki Tabor. From the bus stop, walk northwest along the road for about 10 minutes until you see the castle on your left.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Ptuj and head out of the town towards the east. Follow the cycling path that leads towards 'Hum Košnički.' This route is approximately 12 km and will take about 40-50 minutes. Upon reaching Hum Košnički, follow the signs to Dvor Veliki Tabor, which will be located on a hilltop overlooking the area.
