Bus

From Rogaška Slatina, head to the main bus station located near the center of town. Look for buses heading towards Ptuj. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ptuj bus station, exit the station and walk south towards the city center. Follow the signs to Na Gradu Street. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Ptuj Castle, located at Na Gradu 1.
Train

Make your way to the Rogaška Slatina train station, which is a short walk from the town center. Purchase a ticket for a train heading to Ptuj. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Ptuj train station, exit and walk southeast towards the center of Ptuj. Head towards Na Gradu Street, and walk straight for about 20 minutes until you arrive at Ptuj Castle at Na Gradu 1.
Walking

If you prefer to walk, head towards the main road out of Rogaška Slatina, following the signs towards Ptuj. The distance is roughly 14 kilometers, so it may take about 3-4 hours on foot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water. Follow the main road until you reach Ptuj, then navigate towards the city center and follow Na Gradu Street to reach Ptuj Castle.
