Once on the city roads, follow signs for 'Centar' or 'City Center'. Continue straight until you reach the parking areas near Ljubljana Castle. Note that there are several paid parking options available in the vicinity, typically costing around €1 to €2 per hour.

From Savinja, take a bus to Ljubljana (check local schedules for exact departure times). The journey may take about an hour. Upon arrival at the Ljubljana Bus Station, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop for city buses. Take bus number 6, 8, or 11 towards 'Kongresni trg'. Get off at the 'Kongresni trg' stop, which is a short 10-minute walk to Ljubljana Castle. Follow the signs towards the castle up the hill.
