Walking
From the center of Sežana, head east towards the main road (H4). Once you reach the H4, turn left and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to Portorož. Follow the signs for Portorož. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will enter Portorož. Continue on the main road until you see the signs for Seča. Turn right onto Seča 152. Forma Viva will be on your left.

From the main bus station in Sežana, take a bus towards Portorož. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at the Portorož bus station, exit and walk towards the main road. Turn right and follow the road until you reach the junction for Seča. Turn left onto Seča 152, and you will find Forma Viva on your left.
