From the center of Sežana, walk to the main bus station, which is located on Tovarniška cesta. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Postojna. Buses to Postojna run regularly, so check the timetable for the next departure. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Postojna bus station, exit the bus and head northeast on Občina Postojna street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jamska cesta. Turn left onto Jamska cesta and walk for about 10 minutes. The Postojna Cave will be on your right at Jamska cesta 30.

If you are in the vicinity of the Sežana Tourist Information Center, start by heading east on the main road towards the Postojna direction. Follow the path through the town, keeping an eye out for signs pointing toward Postojna. The walk is approximately 10 kilometers and will take around 2 hours. As you walk, you will enjoy the scenic countryside views. Once you reach Postojna, continue straight until you find Jamska cesta, then turn right and the Postojna Cave will be at number 30.
