Walking
From the center of Škofja Loka, head towards the bus station located at Trg svobode 1. Once there, take the bus heading to Bohinjska Bistrica. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Bohinjska Bistrica, get off at the main bus stop. From there, you will need to walk to Srednja vas v Bohinju. Head northeast on the main road (H4) for about 3 kilometers. After reaching Srednja vas, follow the signs leading to Viševnik, which will direct you to the trailhead. Be prepared for a hike up to the peak.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Škofja Loka city center. Start by cycling towards the bus station and then take the cycle path along the H4 road towards Bohinjska Bistrica. Continue cycling for about 12 kilometers until you reach Srednja vas v Bohinju. Once in Srednja vas, locate the trailhead for Viševnik. Please note that some sections may require a bit of uphill cycling.
