Bus
From the center of Škofja Loka, head to the main bus station located at Trg svobode 1. Take bus number 8 towards Mojstrana. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Mojstrana' bus stop. From there, follow the signs that lead to the Peričnik Waterfall. It is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop, heading northwest along the road towards the mountains. You will see signs directing you to the waterfall.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Škofja Loka, start at the main square (Trg svobode) and head east on the main road (Cesta 1. maja). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road heading towards Mojstrana. Follow this road, which will take you through a scenic route. The total walking distance is about 14 kilometers and will take approximately 3 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the path can be steep in places.
Bike
For a more adventurous route, you can rent a bicycle in Škofja Loka. Start at the main square and head east on Cesta 1. maja. Follow the road towards Mojstrana. The bike ride is approximately 14 kilometers and will take about 1 hour. Make sure to follow the cycling paths and be cautious of traffic. Once you reach Mojstrana, follow the signs to the Peričnik Waterfall, which will be about a 30-minute ride from the village.
