From Zasavje, take the H1 highway heading west towards Ljubljana. After about 30 km, take the exit toward Divača. Follow the signs for Divača, and continue on the road until you reach Matavun. The Skocjan Caves are located at Matavun 12, 6215 Divača. There is ample parking available near the site. Note that the entrance fee for the caves is approximately €14 for adults, and €8 for children.

To reach Skocjan Caves via public transport, start at the nearest bus station in Zasavje. Take a bus toward Divača; the trip usually takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Divača bus station, you will need to take a taxi or walk approximately 3 km to reach the caves. Taxis are available at the bus station, and the fare should be around €10.
