Continue on this road until you reach the junction for the road leading to the ferry terminal at Gizo. The drive typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you reach the ferry terminal, park your vehicle and purchase a ferry ticket to Scotland Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour. Ensure you check the ferry schedule in advance as it may vary.
Public Transportation
To travel by public transportation, make your way to the main bus terminal in Honiara. Look for buses heading towards Gizo or Central Province. The bus ride will take about 2 hours.
