Car
If you are driving from Honiara, take the main highway (Honiara to Aola) and head east. Continue along the coast for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Ngilikomba. Follow the signs for Ngilikomba, and then navigate to H8QX+WHH, which is the address for Taivu Point. The trip may take around 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Public Transportation
From Honiara, catch a local bus or taxi heading towards Aola. Inform the driver or the conductor that you want to get off at Ngilikomba. The fare should be around 10-15 SBD (Solomon Islands dollars). Once you reach Ngilikomba, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to H8QX+WHH, Taivu Point. The bus ride typically takes about 1 hour, and the taxi from the bus stop to Taivu Point should cost around 20-30 SBD.
Walking
If you are already in Ngilikomba, you can reach Taivu Point by walking. From the local bus stop, head east on the main road until you reach H8QX+WHH. It should take you approximately 20-30 minutes to walk there depending on your pace.
