From Addo Elephant National Park, head northwest on R335 towards the N2 highway. Continue on R335 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the N2 junction. Merge onto the N2 highway heading south. After about 60 kilometers, take the exit towards Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Continue on the N2 for another 15 kilometers, then take the exit for the M4 towards the city center. Follow the M4 into Gqeberha. Once in the city, follow signs for the Central Business District (CBD). You will find Donkin Reserve at Athol Fugard Terrace in the city center. Parking is available along the streets near the reserve.
