• Walking

  If you are in the Port Elizabeth city center, start at the City Hall located at 1-5 King George Street. From the City Hall, head east on King George Street towards the intersection with Russell Road. Turn left onto Russell Road and walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the N2 highway. At the intersection, cross the road using the pedestrian crossing. Continue straight onto the N2, following the sidewalk until you reach the roundabout at the end of the road. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Strand Street. The Harbour Board Building will be on your left after approximately 300 meters, at the address Port Elizabeth Central, Gqeberha, 6001.

  Find your nearest bus stop and catch any local bus heading toward the Port Elizabeth Central area. Ensure you ask the driver to let you know when you're near the Harbour Board Building. Turn left onto the N2 and continue straight following the cycle lanes available until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Strand Street.
