Car
If you are traveling by car from any location in the Battlefields region, head towards the N3 highway. Take the N3 towards Pretoria. Once on the N3, continue driving until you reach the exit for the N1 towards Pretoria. Merge onto the N1 and follow the signs for Pretoria. Take the exit for the R21 towards Pretoria East. Continue on the R21 until you reach the Atteridgeville exit. Merge onto Eeufees Road, and follow this road until you arrive at the Voortrekker Monument on your left. There is parking available at the monument, but be aware that there may be a parking fee, typically around ZAR 20.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from the Battlefields region to Pretoria. Look for the Greyhound or Intercape bus service that operates routes from various towns in the Battlefields area to Pretoria. Upon arrival at the Pretoria bus terminal, you can catch a taxi or rideshare service to the Voortrekker Monument.
