If you are driving, start from Cape Town city center and take the N1 highway towards Cape Town International Airport. Follow signs for the M3 towards Muizenberg. Continue on the M3 until you reach the roundabout at the end, then take the exit onto the M42 (Main Road) towards Tokai. Stay on the M42 until you reach the junction with the M65 (Ou Kaapse Weg). Turn right onto Ou Kaapse Weg and follow it until you reach the entrance to the Silvermine Nature Reserve. There is a small entrance fee of R40 per vehicle. Park your car in the designated parking area and prepare for a hike.
