To reach Buitenverwachting from the city center, start at the Cape Town Civic Centre. Catch the MyCiTi bus (Route 109) towards Hout Bay. From there, you can walk to Buitenverwachting by heading south on Constantia Road for about 1.5 kilometers, or alternatively, you can catch a local taxi (minibus taxi) that runs regularly along the main road.
